The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
If it isn’t expected until next February, the Galaxy S30 (or S21?) Could handle almost 50% more charging power than Samsung is offering today.
Does the South Korean automaker feel like it is lagging behind when it comes to fast charging? In any case, this is what a first leak suggests about the future Galaxy S.

Samsung spends the second on fast charging
Samsung has never dared to go beyond 45W for fast charging on its smartphones until now. It must be said that this type of technology would tend to degrade the life of our batteries.
The South Korean manufacturer nevertheless seems ready to take the plunge. The GalaxyClub site has noticed the registration of a new Samsung-stamped charger with the relevant authorities. This one bears the reference EP-TA865. And when we know that the reference of the current Galaxy S20 Ultra charger, 45W, is precisely EP-TA845, we say to ourselves that the thing is perfectly plausible.
However, keep in mind that it is unlikely that Samsung will provide this charger in the box of the future Galaxy S30 / S21. Even on the ultra-expensive Galaxy Z Fold 2, Samsung only supplies a 25W power adapter. Those interested will therefore probably have to go back to the cash register.
